These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GunGear3D.com and purchases from NOR Designs LLC, DBA Gun Gear 3D (“Gun Gear 3D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE
You may use this website and purchase products only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, provincial, and local laws applicable to your purchase, possession, installation, and use of any product.
Certain products may be subject to age, location, shipping, or other legal restrictions. We may request information needed to verify eligibility or decline an order that cannot lawfully be completed.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility information, prices, and availability. Colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, manufacturing variations, or the nature of 3D-printed products.
Minor cosmetic variations, layer lines, or surface differences inherent to the 3D-printing process are not necessarily defects.
Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before ordering. Contact Gun Gear 3D if you have questions about compatibility.
- PRICES AND ORDERS
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and specifications may change without notice.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, legal restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- PAYMENT
Payment must be made using a payment method offered during checkout. Customers authorize Gun Gear 3D and its payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers and is subject to their terms and privacy practices.
- SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on the order and shipping destination. Customers remain responsible for any use tax, customs duty, import charge, or similar obligation not collected during checkout.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, inventory availability, address problems, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused shipment, or undeliverable package may be the customer’s responsibility.
Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law and the selected carrier’s terms.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by the Gun Gear 3D Return & Refund Policy published on this website. That policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
Products identified as custom, personalized, clearance, final sale, non-returnable, or non-refundable are subject to the conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy and applicable product listing.
- WARRANTIES
Grizzly Ears products covered by the Grizzly Ears 12-Month Limited Warranty are subject to the separate warranty terms published on this website. Other products may be covered by a separate Gun Gear 3D or manufacturer warranty when expressly stated.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
- PRODUCT SAFETY
Products must be installed, handled, maintained, and used safely and according to all instructions provided with the product or on the product listing.
Always follow accepted firearm-safety practices. Verify that a firearm is unloaded, the chamber is empty, and ammunition is removed from the work area before installing, adjusting, or inspecting any firearm accessory.
Gun Gear 3D products are not substitutes for proper training, protective equipment, safe firearm handling, or compliance with range rules and applicable laws. Stop using any product that appears damaged, improperly fitted, modified, or unsafe.
- MODIFICATIONS AND MISUSE
Gun Gear 3D is not responsible for problems caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, incompatible equipment, failure to follow instructions, accident, neglect, or use outside the product’s stated purpose, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, original product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NOR Designs LLC, DBA Gun Gear 3D, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No website content or product design may be copied, reproduced, modified, manufactured, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.
