Gun Gear 3D Return & Refund Policy
Gun Gear 3D Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
Gun Gear 3D is a brand of NOR Designs LLC DBA Gun Gear, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. The following policy applies to products purchased directly from Gun Gear 3D in the United States and Canada.
Gun Gear 3D Products
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, Gun Gear 3D products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- The item must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging, when applicable.
- Proof of purchase from Gun Gear 3D is required.
- Customers must contact Gun Gear 3D before returning an item to obtain return instructions.
Products that have been used, installed, modified, damaged, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for a return or may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount based on their condition.
Unless the return is due to an error by Gun Gear 3D or a defective product, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products modified at the customer's request.
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise when identified as such at the time of purchase.
- Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, modification, neglect, accident, or normal wear and tear.
- Items specifically identified on the product page as non-returnable or non-refundable.
Wiland USA Products — All Sales Final
All Wiland USA products sold by Gun Gear 3D are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Gun Gear 3D does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on Wiland USA products, except where required by applicable law or if Gun Gear 3D ships an incorrect item.
Customers should carefully verify the product, model, configuration, size, color, and compatibility before placing an order for a Wiland USA product.
Questions concerning a manufacturing defect, product warranty, or other manufacturer-related issue with a Wiland USA product may be referred to Wiland USA in accordance with the manufacturer's applicable policies.
Incorrect or Damaged Shipments
If you receive an incorrect product or an item that was damaged during shipment, please contact Gun Gear 3D promptly after delivery. We may request photographs or other information necessary to evaluate the issue.
If Gun Gear 3D determines that the wrong item was shipped or that the product arrived damaged due to shipping, Gun Gear 3D will provide appropriate return, replacement, or refund instructions at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the status of the refund. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Grizzly Ears warranty Policy
GRIZZLY EARS 12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
Grizzly Ears is a brand of NOR Designs LLC, DBA Gun Gear 3D, a Pennsylvania company.
This Limited Warranty applies only to Grizzly Ears products purchased directly from NOR Designs LLC, DBA Gun Gear 3D (“Gun Gear 3D”), in the United States or Canada on or after July 1, 2026.
Eligible Grizzly Ears products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Geographic Limitation
This warranty is valid only for products originally purchased from Gun Gear 3D in the United States or Canada.
Products purchased, sold, or distributed outside the United States and Canada are not covered by this warranty, regardless of where the purchaser currently resides or where the product is subsequently used.
Products Purchased Before July 1, 2026
Products purchased prior to July 1, 2026, were sold under the previous ownership of the Grizzly Ears brand and are expressly excluded from this warranty.
NOR Designs LLC, DBA Gun Gear 3D, did not manufacture, sell, warrant, or assume warranty obligations for Grizzly Ears products sold prior to July 1, 2026. Gun Gear 3D is not responsible for warranty claims, repairs, replacements, refunds, or other obligations associated with products purchased before July 1, 2026.
What Is Covered
During the 12-month warranty period, if an eligible Grizzly Ears product is determined to have failed due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, Gun Gear 3D, at its discretion, will:
- Repair the defective product;
- Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product; or
- Provide another appropriate warranty remedy if repair or replacement is not practical.
There will be no charge for parts or labor for an approved warranty repair or replacement.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Any Grizzly Ears product purchased prior to July 1, 2026;
- Products originally purchased outside the United States or Canada;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the operation of the product;
- Damage caused by accident, impact, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper storage;
- Water, moisture, heat, or environmental damage beyond the product's stated specifications;
- Damage caused by improper charging, incompatible chargers, power sources, or accessories;
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, disassembly, or repairs;
- Lost or stolen products;
- Consumable or replaceable items that deteriorate through normal use; or
- Products purchased without reasonable proof of purchase.
Warranty Claims
To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase showing that the product was purchased directly from Gun Gear 3D on or after July 1, 2026, in the United States or Canada. Gun Gear 3D may also require photographs, the product serial number, and a description of the problem.
Products should not be returned without first receiving return instructions or authorization from Gun Gear 3D.
Limitation
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Repair or replacement under this warranty does not restart or extend the original 12-month warranty period.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NOR Designs LLC, DBA Gun Gear 3D's obligation under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of an eligible defective product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply. This Limited Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights under applicable federal, state, provincial, or local law.
